We build projects large and small on the North Shore of MA and the Seacoast and Lakes Regions of NH. Our portfolio includes both primary and secondary residences, waterfront homes, historic home restoration, and timber frame homes and additions, many of which include sustainable building design and green building materials.
We were recently awarded two 2009 Gold PRISM Awards by the Builders Association of Greater Boston, including "Best Single Family Home over 6,000 Square feet". In 2008, we received the EM-NARI Contractor of the Year Silver award for Best Residential Exterior and in 2006 the Luxury Living Silver Award for Most Beautiful Master Suite.
