“A kitchen renovation and remodel can wreak havoc in any home. Our renovation began at the end of the pandemic, which brought with it supply delivery delays. However, Howell Custom Building Group (HCBG) and its team of professionals worked miracles, both in the construction and in their acts of kindness, making the process much less stressful during a time of uncertainty and personal upheaval. Steel beams were needed to allow for the huge open span we desired, and the team made a nail-biting engineering feat look like a cake walk. Dave R. from HCBG managed the teams of workers and the schedule with precision and navigated any disruptions with kindness and care. Since we needed to remain living inside while the work went on around us, they set up a temporary kitchen in one room and made a passage to the parts of the home we needed to be safe and enclosed to prevent dust from permeating the rest of the house. Overall, it was an exciting and exhilarating process. Now, the heart of the house feels spacious, inviting, and bright. The new space allows us the versatility to entertain a group but still feels cozy for a quiet breakfast while watching the birds in our backyard.” - Homeowner
